We divide our roller burnishing tools, also known as "surface rolling tools", into "single-roller" and "multi-roller" types. Single-roller burnishing tools employ only one roller. This has the advantage that the existing burnishing tool has a universal range of application (bores, shafts, radii, curves, chamfers, etc.) and is only limited by the tool and workpiece geometry. Multi-roller burnishing tools employ several rollers. This has the advantage that the existing burnishing tool works safely and reliably due to the use of many rollers. Smaller inaccuracies of the pre-processes can thus be corrected, and the service life of the burnishing tool is longer due to the lower wear of the individual rollers.
Depending on the application in your machining process, you can also filter the burnishing tools by "external surface", "internal surface", "cone", "flat surface" or "sphere". Then click on the desired burnishing tool to get more information.
Of course, we can assist you in selecting the right burnishing tool. Feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.
